If you are not happy with a painting that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will repaint your picture or give you a complete refund. Even one unhappy customer is unacceptable to us, which is why we work so hard to provide the quality and service that our customers have come to expect. No other company promises such high standards for commissioned work. Our relationship with the National Portrait Gallery is reinforced by the consistent excellence of our paintings. We regret that this guarantee does not apply to unique commissioned work painted to your specific specification.
